Spencer Knight – Elite Powerlifting Coach
Spencer Knight is an elite powerlifting coach at Self Made Training Facility in Columbus, where he channels his competitive spirit and passion for helping athletes reach their peak potential. With four years of dedicated experience in powerlifting, Spencer recently secured an impressive 10th place at the 2024 USAPL Collegiate National Championships, a testament to his skill and commitment to the sport.
As a multi-sport athlete growing up, Spencer excelled in football, wrestling, and baseball during high school, which fostered a deep foundation in teamwork, discipline, and competitive drive. He now applies this diverse athletic background to coaching, empowering each athlete with a unique understanding of the challenges they face.
Beyond powerlifting, Spencer is an avid motocross racer, a sport that, like powerlifting, demands mental resilience, focus, and relentless improvement. His active lifestyle keeps him connected to the athlete’s mindset, allowing him to inspire and motivate his clients through firsthand experience.
Spencer is currently pursuing a degree in Business Operations Management at Ohio State University.
