My personal fitness journey commenced during the peak of the Covid pandemic in April 2020. Over the following year, by March 2021, I successfully achieved my weight loss target of shedding 90 pounds. However, this accomplishment marked not the end but rather the beginning of a new phase aimed at strengthening and toning my body.

Throughout this transformative process, I’ve come to recognize the immense value of having a supportive partner. My husband has been a constant pillar, offering motivation and inspiration, ensuring I stayed committed to my fitness goals. In return, I am thrilled to reciprocate the same level of encouragement and support as he pursues his own fitness journey, having already shed an impressive 80 pounds while gaining 20 pounds of lean muscle mass.
