Hey guys! My name is Billy Eakins. Growing up playing sports, I have been learning from great trainers for 20+ years and became a personal trainer just over three years ago. My training style focuses on functional movement and flexibility in addition to weight gain or weight loss. I also like to emphasize the breathing aspect of working out because I believe that can be translated outside of the gym in other areas of your life.
