Hi, my name is Andrew Zeigler a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and personal trainer in Columbus, Ohio. I’ve been training athletes for the past 7 years, working with youth as young as 11 and ranging to professional athletes. I specialize in all aspects of Sports Performance training and make sure we are building athleticism ideal to compete and succeed at any level.

I use my background in Sports Performance training to assist adult clientele looking to lose that extra weight, gain muscle, and overall live a happier and more functional lifestyle.
