My journey began with a passion for fitness and a commitment to a balanced lifestyle. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching boxers of all levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the dedication and discipline required to excel in the ring and beyond. My approach is tailored to each individual, ensuring that every training session aligns with your unique goals and fitness level.
In addition to my experience with boxing, I’ve also competed in NPC Bikini competitions, which has provided me with firsthand knowledge of the demands of competitive fitness. This experience has enriched my coaching philosophy, blending rigorous training with the importance of a well-rounded wellness routine.
