My name is Kaleb Robeson, and I’m a Functional Movement Specialist at Self Made Training Facility Columbus. With 14 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I’m dedicated to helping you build strength in three essential pillars of health: physical, nutritional, and psychological.

My Background

My journey in health and fitness began long before I became a coach. I proudly served eight years in the United States Air Force, where I was responsible for developing and running large-scale programs designed to improve the physical and mental resilience of service members.

Working with pilots, special warfare operators, and military police, I focused on:

  • Injury Prevention: Helping service members avoid injuries and stay healthy.
  • Performance Enhancement: Improving their physical and mental performance.
  • Positive Psychology: Cultivating a positive mindset and building mental toughness.
