Hi, I’m Alexis Gray, a personal trainer at Self Made Training Facility Columbus. I’m passionate about helping pre- and post-menopausal women in Columbus, Hilliard, Dublin, and Upper Arlington achieve lasting health through tailored nutrition and exercise strategies. My Background

With a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in education, I blend science-backed strategies with a coaching approach that empowers you to take control of your health. My background as a Division 1 track and field athlete has instilled in me a deep appreciation for movement, strength, and resilience. Now, I use that experience to help women build strong bodies, improve mobility, and achieve sustainable weight loss.
