Hello! I’m Adam Yates, a certified personal trainer at Self Made Training Facility in Columbus. My journey into fitness began with my time in the U.S. Navy, where I learned the importance of discipline, resilience, and teamwork. After serving, I became passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals, which led me to earn my certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
In addition to my training background, I have experience as a parkour instructor. Parkour taught me the value of creativity in movement and the power of pushing one’s limits. I incorporate these principles into my training approach, believing that fitness should be fun, engaging, and adaptable to each individual’s needs.
