Whether you train in-person or online, we focus on strength, functional, and mobility training to ensure your body is always at its best. Along with training, we factor in nutrition and gut health to ensure you are successful both in and out of the gym.
My primary goal as a trainer is to help individuals grow mentally and physically stronger; building more self-confidence and self worth and remembering athletes come in all shapes and sizes.
 I have a B.S. in Health Sciences with a specialty in Human Nutrition from The Ohio State University.

I started out in the fitness world at a young age, playing basketball from childhood, all the way through college. I fell in love with fitness & the way our bodies can transform.
