Hello! I’m Phil Seagraves, a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach at Self Made Training Facility in Columbus. With over 11 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve had the privilege of guiding a diverse range of clients—from high school athletes striving for peak performance to stay-at-home moms seeking a healthier lifestyle, and even individuals undergoing extreme weight loss transformations.
My journey in fitness began with a deep-seated passion for helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. I’ve earned several certifications that reflect my commitment to delivering top-notch training and coaching. I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and I hold additional certifications as an Orthopedic Exercise Specialist and a Sports and Conditioning Specialist. My expertise also includes TRX Training, which allows me to incorporate innovative and effective exercises into my clients’ routines.
Throughout my career, I’ve embraced the challenge of working with a wide array of clients, each with their unique needs and goals.
